Concorde International Human Resource Corporation (formerly Concorde International Services) is a private manpower recruitment agency duly accredited and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). It started in the business of manpower recruitment for overseas deployment in 1994, with the United States, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Saipan, and Guam as its initial markets. The Corporation’s foundation was laid down by the vision of its owner, Alfredo P. Palmiery, who, as one of the pioneers of the Philippines\'s overseas employment program, has foreseen the business potential of the country as a preferred global supplier of labor.
